32 Day Challenge

The Yoga Stream is excited to offer a 32-day yoga challenge designed to support your growth, consistency, and exploration—no matter your level or where you are in your journey. You’ll have access to two thoughtfully curated calendars (gentle and intermediate), allowing you to move at a pace that feels right for you. Each day includes guided breathwork that gradually builds over time, a unique meditation to deepen your awareness, and targeted mobility work that repeats weekly to help you track and improve your progress. From there, you can personalize your practice with a wide variety of class options, including restorative yoga, grounded practices, flexibility-focused sessions, chair yoga, resistance training, foam rolling, vinyasa, and power yoga. This challenge is your opportunity to stay connected, build strength and mobility, and discover what your body and mind are capable of—one day at a time.
