Finding Balance in Our Practice

Have you been practicing yoga for a bit of time and want to ensure you are finding a good balance in your body and your practice?

Our yoga practice tends to emphasize stretching and finding range of motion within our body (which is great), but can we incorporate movements into our daily yoga practice to help our muscles, joints and bodies function more efficiently, effectively, and potentially become more well-rounded?  Of course, we can!  We just need to know where to start.  This workshop can get you started with finding a more balanced practice that will carry beyond your yoga mat and into your daily activities and daily life.

Round Out Your Practice

Are you practicing yoga frequently or are you considering a more regular practice in the future?

Yoga is great for the body, but we must remember, the more you practice a particular movement modality the more important it is for you to understand emphasis and bias within that modality so you can find a good balance in your body. This workshop will help you identify some areas of overuse patterns in your yoga practice and provide you with skills to balance those patterns out.  We look forward to helping you grow in your practice.
